Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the DoseFlo mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by DoseFlo ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

DoseFlo is a personal medication tracking and reminder application intended for routine support and personal logging. You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Not Medical Advice

DoseFlo is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice. The Service is for personal tracking and routine support only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions, medication changes, or health concerns. Do not rely on DoseFlo as a substitute for professional medical judgment.

DoseFlo may include pre-built tracking templates for various substances, including peptides and compounds that may not be approved by the FDA or other regulatory authorities for human use. The inclusion of these templates does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or approval of such substances. You are solely responsible for your decisions regarding any substances you choose to track, and you should consult a licensed healthcare provider before using any medication, supplement, or research compound.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of information you enter into the app
  • Maintaining the security of your device
  • All activity that occurs under your use of the app
  • Backing up any data you wish to preserve
  • The handling and security of any data you export from the app. Exported files leave the app's local storage and are your sole responsibility once exported.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

DoseFlo offers a free tier and an optional Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis and are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your Apple ID account is charged at confirmation of purchase
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions through iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
  • No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, and materials in the Service are owned by or licensed to DoseFlo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content in the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DoseFlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed doses, health outcomes, or data loss.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law provisions.
