Privacy Policy

DoseFlo ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the DoseFlo app and website (collectively, the "Service").

1. Data Storage

DoseFlo stores all your personal health data — including medication schedules, dose logs, journal entries, wellness tracking records, and side effect logs — locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

2. Information We Collect

Data you enter

All health-related information you enter into DoseFlo (medications, doses, schedules, journal notes, symptoms, weight, hydration, and nutrition logs) is stored locally on your iPhone and is never shared with us or any third party.

Analytics (anonymous)

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics to understand how the app is used and improve it over time. This data does not identify you personally and cannot be linked back to you or your health records.

Subscription information

If you subscribe to DoseFlo Pro, payment and subscription management is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment details. We receive only the information Apple provides to confirm your subscription status, via RevenueCat (our subscription management provider).

Support communications

If you contact us by email for support, we will receive and store your email address and the content of your message in order to respond to your inquiry. We do not share this information with third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

DoseFlo uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management. RevenueCat processes limited subscription status data. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store — app distribution and in-app purchase processing.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Health Data

DoseFlo does not connect to or read from Apple Health. Health-related data you enter is stored only within the DoseFlo app on your device and is not shared with Apple, us, or any third party.

5. Photos and Camera

DoseFlo may request access to your device's photo library and camera for two purposes: to let you set a profile photo, and to attach photos to your medication records. Any photos you select or capture are stored locally on your device within the app. Photos are never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties. Camera access is also used to scan product barcodes for nutrition tracking; no images are retained during barcode scanning.

6. Notifications

DoseFlo requests permission to send push notifications to remind you of upcoming doses. Notification delivery is handled entirely by Apple's Push Notification service (APNs). DoseFlo does not store or have access to your push notification token. Notification preferences can be changed at any time in iPhone Settings → DoseFlo → Notifications.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

All your data lives on your device. You can delete all data at any time by deleting the DoseFlo app from your iPhone. Deleting the app permanently removes all locally stored data.

8. Children's Privacy

DoseFlo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@doseflo.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
